General Electric Speedtronic Mark V DS200DDTBG2A is an LCI Auxiliary I/O Terminal Board (DDTB) and is a part of gas turbine control systems. This high-voltage board connects peripheral and auxiliary input/output signals to the system. It's simple to install on a DSPC that already has an ADMA daughterboard mounted. The ADMA is connected to the board using ribbon cables and high-density connectors. When the DS200DDTBG2A is inserted into a drive, it provides a number of I/O ports. The card has a number of different analog and digital I/O slots. One of the two isolated inputs can be used to connect high voltage AC signals.
The six inputs with current detecting resistors capable of accepting 5A can be fed CT inputs. There are three more inputs with current sensing resistors that are suitable for 0.224 A LEM signals. To accommodate 4 to 20 mA current loop signals, any two of the CT and LEM inputs can be changed.
There are four buffered analog outputs on the board. The DS200DDTBG2A can also take and send digital I/O. On the PCB, there are two form C relay outputs. These can provide outputs rated at 20A (at 240 VAC) or 10A (at 110 VAC) (at 30 VDC).
Four optically isolated outputs are also included on the board, with solid-state relays rated at 48V. The eight isolated universal inputs of Digital I/O are capable of receiving 24-250 VDC, 24-230 VAC (at 60 Hz), or 125-230 VAC (at 50 Hz). An LED status indicator is included with each digital I/O terminal.
