DS200TBQBG1A is an Input Termination Module developed by General Electric. The R2 and R3 cores each have a seventh position, which is the Input Termination Module (TBQB). The TCQA and TCQC boards in the R1 core are coupled with the TBQB terminal board in the R2 core. The TCQA and TCQC boards in the R3 core are linked to the TBQB terminal board there. The TBQB terminal board receives the input signals for voltage, vibration, and pulse rate.
DS200TBQBG1A Connections
JGR - Writes the analog current, voltage, and vibration signals to the TCQA board in the appropriate cores.
JHR - Writes the compressor stall detection and pulse rate inputs to the TCQC board in the appropriate cores.
JGS/T - Not frequently used.
JHS/T - Not frequently used.
Hardware Configuration
BJ1 through BJ4 - Used in older applications to fan out the pressure transducer #1 input signal (compressor stall detection).
Used in conjunction with BJ1 through BJ4 are BJ5 through BJ7. Install a burden resistor so that the pressure transducer #1's input signal is converted from a voltage signal to a mA signal.
BJ8 through BJ15 - Sets the current or voltage for analog inputs.
