Technical Specifications
GE - DS3800XCIA

The DS3800XCIA board is part of the Mark IV turbine control system from General Electric. This system, which is one of many Speedtronic systems available from GE, has been used for decades to monitor and regulate industrial gas and steam turbine systems. Multiple microprocessor-based controllers were used to build the Mark IV, which boosted the system's reliability. While the DS3800XCIA board has been phased out by the original equipment manufacturer, it is still available from WOC's extensive inventory of aftermarket General Electric replacement components.

The DS3800XCIA board has a small number of components. Components are limited to two double-ported jacks at a single jumper cap on one short board edge. A single silver rail runs parallel to two lines of vertical pins on the other board edge. These go parallel to the edge of the board.
The board's final components are three-terminal bars that run parallel to the board's long edges. Wiring connections can be made to various screw ports on these. The top and bottom edges of the board are severely drilled. The board is usually mounted using factory drill holes. Several codes and identification markers can be found on the board.
More information regarding them can be found in GE manuals and product guides, as well as other related material. Before you unbox any part and undertake any installation, make sure you understand all handling procedures. It is not recommended to handle, maintain, or install this equipment without first reading and comprehending the related documented hazards.
