IS200TRPGH2B is a GE-designed gas turbine primary trip terminal board for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is a gas/steam turbine management system that includes dynamic data recorders, trip history logs, and CIMPLICITY graphical display files (accessible via the system's HMI/operator interface). IS200TRPGH2B is a Simplex version of the TRPG board, which is one of various TRPG versions and varieties. 125 V dc, 1 A or 24 V dc, 3 A is the output contact power.
The board's normal operating voltage is 28V. It collaborates with the TREG board to create the emergency and primary sides of the ETD interface. When utilized in gas turbine applications, this board also accepts input from eight Geiger-Mueller flame detectors.
The IS200TRPGH2B contains two terminal blocks, each of which has 24 screw connections. For mounting, two screws are used to connect the terminal blocks to the board. Next to the terminal blocks, a shield bar is linked to the board.
A single 37-pin (female) cable connector is located on the other edge (JR1.) The board also features a number of plug connectors (J1 through J5) that range in size from three to twelve positions. Three relays are located in the center of the IS200TRPGH2B, but there is space on the board for more.
A trip solenoid is connected to each of these relays. Polyester vinyl capacitors, as well as capacitors made of different materials, resistors, transistors, and multiple diode bridge rectifiers, are all found on the board. Standoffs are installed on one side of the board, which connect to a clear shield that covers a number of components.
